Prrowess provides managed AI agency services ("Services"). This includes the auditing, design, implementation, and ongoing tuning of customized AI agents for business workflows. We do not sell a software platform; we provide a managed asset.
2. Client Responsibilities
To effectively deploy your AI agent, you agree to provide timely access to necessary operational data (such as menus, FAQs, brand guidelines, and workflow rules). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share this data with us, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
3. Data Usage & AI Training
The knowledge base, workflows, and prompts we build for your business remain highly confidential. We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to power your agents. We ensure that our integrations are configured via commercial APIs where your data is strictly excluded from being used to train the public models of these underlying providers.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary workflow architectures are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. You retain all ownership rights to the raw data and brand assets you provide to us to configure your agent.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we continuously tune and monitor our AI agents to ensure high accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate responses. Prrowess is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from agent interactions.
6. Subscription & Termination
Our managed services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as defined in the specific contract. Upon termination, we will securely destroy or return your proprietary data and deactivate the deployed agents.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.
