These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prrowess website and our managed services. By using them you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our services

Prrowess designs, builds and runs digital employees for businesses. That covers the audit, the build, the integration and the ongoing tuning. We do not sell a software platform; we provide a managed asset.

2. Your responsibilities

To deploy your digital employee you agree to give us timely access to the operational data it needs, such as SOPs, FAQs, brand guidelines and workflow rules. You are responsible for having the right to share that data with us, and for it not violating any third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Data and AI training

The knowledge base, workflows and prompts we build for your business stay confidential. We use third-party large language models to power your digital employees, through commercial APIs where your data is strictly excluded from training those providers' public models.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site and our workflow architectures are our property, and the source code, databases, software, designs, text and graphics on the site are owned by us or licensed to us. You keep all ownership of the raw data and brand assets you give us to configure your digital employee.

5. Limitation of liability

We monitor and tune the digital employees we run, but AI models can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate output. Prrowess is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

6. Subscription and termination

Our managed services are billed on a recurring basis as set out in your service agreement. Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in that agreement. On termination we will securely destroy or return your data and deactivate the digital employees we ran for you.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. We will show any change by updating the “last updated” date above.
