Our main goal is to provide a wide range of services to our clients and consolidate their design needs in an efficient manner.
We provide set questions to help clients sort out their ideas in a clear format, so we can get the creatives done. However, in some cases there may be projects which may not be completed. This may happen due to discrepancy in brief understanding or client expectations. Please note, we are a design agency and do not offer content creation as part of the published packages.
This page will give you an idea of what we can take up as projects and what we offer as service on ad-hoc project basis.
In order to deliver consistent volume and accurate turn around times to all of our clients, we have organized a thorough scheduling and workload system. This allows us to offer a streamlined turn-around process for better planning on both, our end and yours.
We manage this by having 1 active project per subscription. This means we are working on one project per account at a time. You can however submit multiple projects at a time.
For example: 1 subscription allows 1 active project, 2 subscriptions allow 2 active projects, and so on. Adding more subscriptions helps you get through more volume by adding more designers to your account.
Submit Your Requests
We require details which can be provided by using our questionnaire. It's Simple and Quick.
Our designer will make the first draft and share with you. You can review and proof your file in our system for more revisions.
Once a design is completed you will get all of the files you need and the source files with 100% ownership.
“In Progress” projects are counted in the queue. Once a draft is submitted, the status changes to "Review" for the designer to pick up the next project.
Projects marked “Review” are taken out of the active project list and stay in-active until the client provides feedback for changes or completion.
Revisions can be requested directly from our proofing tool and the project will continue to be active till approved. It does not affect other active project.

What We Require from You:
We see the best results when client is detailed in their request by adding links, images and videos of examples of the work you would like to create. It reduces the delivery timeline and accurate design.
The designs are made by professional designers and not some AI program hence creatives can be subjective and we will do our best to meet your expectations and get it right.
We hope that any revisions or changes given will be constructive so our designers can assist you accurately.
