We try our best to submit designs as soon as possible however please note we are unable guarantee urgent requests or deadline based submissions. Based on our turnaround time, we always suggest our clients to plan a little ahead or seek our account manager assistance to discuss the design requests calendar for better and streamlined output.
When we say unlimited, we truly mean it! You are welcome to make unlimited design requests at any time. Just keep in mind we are only human and are focused on giving you a higher quality product than pumping out pre-made low quality templates that won’t do your business justice. Quality work takes times to complete.
Once you’re set up in our system, you will be introduced to your designer and account manager. Every time you raise a design request it will automatically be assigned to your designer. You can connect via chat, schedule a support/demo call or email us.
We offer Designated Designer for all your tasks.
We give you your own storage till the time you are subscribed with us. All your files are stored on the cloud drive and can be downloaded at anytime. There is a limit of 100MB per file limit however the number of uploads is unlimited based on each task and project. You can also use Google Drive, One Drive, DropBox etc to upload files via your own cloud storage.
We ensure delivery within 24-48 hours for each graphic design request. 3D design requests can take upto 72 hours. Although we try to deliver everything as quickly as possible, larger time-intensive and complex projects may take more than 72 hours to complete and we will set realistic expectations for you as the requests come in.
A designated designer means that the same designer will be allocated to your account for any design needs. This allows the designer to get acquainted with your brand and style over time which helps in accuracy of the designs. A Designated designer will be working on other client accounts. Thats why, we cannot commit to urgent requests or set deadlines. We try our best to deliver within reasonable timeline and as fast as possible.
You are allowed to put in as many requests as you want, there is no limit. However, we can only handle up to 1 design task at a time in basic plan & upto 3 simultaneous tasks in Pro Plan. We cannot proceed to new designs until the active requests are approved and completed. If your current plans volume is too low, you can contact us to add on additional plans and increase your overall output.
Our plan offering is very simple. Based on your industry our account managers can help you decide which plan is suitable for you. If you have a design need of upto 15 designs a month, then we recommend going for Essential Plan. For higher consumption a Business Plan is ideal. To help we also offer Power Ups which can increase your design requests for any months when you have higher workload or multiple pipelines to work on.
Our designers are professional and with immense experience with international standards but there might be a case where a designer is not working out for you. We can always offer a different designer within our team to assist you who may be able to understand your perpective better. As you can imagine every individual has his own creativity.
Just let your account manager know in the portal chat and we will take care of the rest.
Any and all sizes can be made right inside the original project. You can specify the sizes/variations you need at the start of the design, or once it is complete, and we will work them out for you.
We work on one size through the designing process and once we get approval of the design we deliver all the requested sizes. Most resizes will be done the same day.
Our designers are amazing at using their design tools, unfortunately they are not able to write or edit content. All content and relevant brand files and expectations for unlimited design work needs to be provided by the subscriber. Content means any text you would like to use in the design. Our designers can visualise your expectation however they are working on your instructions and cannot conceptualise from scratch.
At Prrowess, we strongly believe in the quality and value of the design services we offer. Should you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, if you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with our services, please reach out to our customer support team so we can address your concerns promptly. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with Prrowess is nothing short of exceptional!
We offer 14 day Free trial. You will only be charged once the trial period is over. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account "my subscriptions" section. Your subscription will remain valid until the expiry date. No further payments will be taken. You are free to join back at any time. As we offer unlimited services, we are unable to offer any refunds for unused period of time once a paid subscription has been purchased and trial period has lapsed. The free trial is only valid for first time use and once per customer.
We understand that you may not have projects every month in the same capacity. We offer account holding, if you do not wish to cancel.
Should you wish to put your account on hold, we offer a monthly holding rate of AED500 per month. This allows you to keep your data and all previous project history with us. When you are ready to start your subscription, you can begin from where you left off by paying the Monthly Subscription Fee.
The designated designer will not be part of your account during the holding period. Once you are ready to resubscribe, we will allocate the best designer available at the time. Our effort will always be to offer the same designer for your convenience but cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of Non Payment or Subscription Cancellation request, your account is put on hold for 7 days with limited access. During this limited access, no new projects can be requested and the designer will not be available in the account. Limited access will allow you to download data you wish to keep with you from your account. After 7 Days the data is deleted permanently along with any history of projects and communication.
If you choose to continue the subscription, you are most welcome to pay for the renewal within the 7 day holding period.
After 7 days, if the account is not renewed, we cannot guarantee allocation of the same designer or account manager if you choose to subscribe in the future.

We offer an amazing flexibility of adding a "Power Up" to your existing plan. This adds another designer to your workflow. Two simultaneous design requests can be achieved, which doubles your design outputs. Perfect for High volume Users.

Each account comes with its dedicated account manager who will be available to assist you with making your request journey easy. The account manager will help you with making the most of the system to ensure speedy response and high productivity.
There is no limit to the amount requests you can make. Your designer will work on each project as per queue and update you on progress.
Any and all sizes can be requested in the brief at the start of the task or during the progress of the task. We will work the main size until it is approved. Once we get approval we will build out all of the requested sizes, all in the same project!

We offer multiple designers as well in case your work requirement is more and if you have taken 2 or more subscriptions. With each subscription we add another designer to your account which can eventually become as your designated design team.
As this is a creative process every designer has its own talent and style. It may not be necessary that the designer assigned may fit your style. In such cases, we are happy to replace the designer for your account at your request. Maybe the next designer will fit your style and expectations.
Most graphic design tasks are completed between 24-48 hours from their start date.
All turnaround times are based on the complexity of a task. Your designer or account manager will keep you updated with the progress in the task panel.
Unlimited! We work on your task until you’re happy. Even if one designer is not hitting the mark, we can switch them up and get totally new variations for you.
We dont shy away from offering good quality work and design.
If the revisions are not complex and mild then we try to achieve it within the same day. If not then within the next working day.
All design file types are available for you. PDF, JPG, PSD, AI, CDR, EPS, 3D MAX and more.
