What do you mean by unlimited design services?


You can request unlimited design requests and revisions every month. We will be assigning a dedicated designer and account manager to you who will be handling your design requests. This means you can submit multiple design requests at the same time and the designer will continue working on each of them one after the other based on the delivery timeline of each design.




Do I have to sign a contract?


No, you can cancel at any time. All you have to do is let your account manager know. Your subscription will remain valid until the expiry date. No further bills will be raised or payments will be taken. You are free to join back at any time.




What are your turnaround times like?


We ensure delivery within 24-48 hours for each graphic design request (usually for 1-3 pages designs). 3D design requests can take upto 72 hours. Although we try to deliver everything as quickly as possible, larger time-intensive and complex projects may take more than 72 hours to complete and we will set realistic expectations for you as the requests come in. Please note we are not able to attend to urgent requests.




What if I need a design urgently? Lets say 2-3 hours


We try our best to submit designs as soon as possible however please note we are unable guarantee urgent requests submissions. Based on our turnaround time, we always suggest our clients to plan a little ahead or seek our account manager assistance to discuss the design requests calendar for better and streamlined output.




What if I need multiple designs at once?


You are allowed to put in as many requests as you want, there is no limit. However, we can only handle up to 1 design at a time per subscription and cannot proceed to new designs until the active requests are approved and completed. If your current plans volume is too low, you can contact us to add on additional plans and increase your overall output.




What are your hours of operation?


Our team currently works on UAE, Gulf Standard Time. Our hours of operation are 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed on the weekends. If you have any questions during off hours you can email us at help@prrowess.com, and we will get back to you ASAP.

Which plan should I choose?


Our plan offering is very simple. Based on your industry our account managers can help you decide which plan is suitable for you. Should you choose our PRO 3D plan, you will get a dedicated graphic and a dedicated 3D designer in your account. Most of our FMCG and Physical Product based clients go for pro plan. Agencies or service oriented companies tend to stick to our graphic design basic plan.




Do you offer content writing services?


Yes, we can assist you with content writing services however we do NOT offer this service as part of our design package plans. If you need this service, one of our account managers can assist you with adding a customised plan for you.




Do you offer Video Services?


Yes, we can assist you with video editing services however we do NOT offer this service as part of our design package plans. If you need this service, one of our account managers can assist you with adding a customised plan for you.




Do you offer Digital Marketing Services?


Yes, we can assist you with complete digital marketing services (e.g Social Media, Google Ads Strategy, etc) however we do NOT offer this service as part of our design package plans. If you need this service, one of our account managers can assist you with adding a customised plan for you.




Can I pay after using the service at the end of the month?


As the design services will be offered upfront and our designers also need to get paid, we currently only accept upfront payments and do not offer post dated invoicing feature. We offer 10 day risk-free trial with 100% Money Back Gaurantee for you to evaluate and decide.




Can I upgrade my subscription plan?


Yes, you can upgrade at anytime within your subscription period. We will only charge the difference of the upgrade on pro-rata basis and a new start date of your subscription will be set from the date of upgrade.





Design & Workflow

What if I am not happy with the design I received?


Our designers are professional and with immense experience with international standards but there might be a case where a designer is not working out for you. We can always offer a different designer within our team to assist you who may be able to understand your perpective better. As you can imagine every individual has his own creativity. Just let your account manager know in the portal chat and we will take care of the rest.




How many variations/sizes can I get for my design?


Any and all sizes can be made right inside the original project. You can specify the sizes/variations you need at the start of the design, or once it is complete, and we will work them out for you. We work on one size through the designing process and once we get approval of the design we deliver all the requested sizes. Most resizes will be done the same day.




How do I prioritize my projects?


To help our customers when important projects pop up, we have implemented a priority system. You can tag each project as Low or High priority to let us know which projects need to come out before any other.




Can you help me with design sizes?


Yes, we can. We design thousands of graphics per month (literally) and are well aware of all the common sizes. We can help you with sizes for social media, flyers, banners, and more.




Can you design websites?


We can design the graphics and the template look of your website however we do NOT offer this service as part of our design package plans. If you need this service, one of our account managers can assist you with adding a customised plan for you.





Refunds & Cancellation

Is there a contract I need to sign?


No, you can cancel at any time. All you have to do is let your account manager know. Your subscription will remain valid until the expiry date. No further bills will be raised or payments will be taken. You are free to join back at any time.




What is the refund policy?


We offer 10 day risk-free trial with 100% Money Back Gaurantee. You can cancel your subscription at any time. All you have to do is let your dedicated account manager know via our chat or email us on help@prrowess.com, upto 24 hours before the renewal date. Your subscription will remain valid until the expiry date. No further bills will be raised or payments will be taken. You are free to join back at any time. As we offer unlimited services, we are unable to offer any refunds for unused period of time once a paid subscription has been purchased.




How can I cancel my subscription?


All you have to do is let your account manager know or email us on help@prrowess.com. Your subscription will remain valid until the expiry date. No further bills will be raised or payments will be taken. You are free to join back at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, please note all your data and project history will be deleted within 7 days from date of expiry. Please feel free to notify your account manager for hold or cancellation. In the event of Non Payment or Subscription Cancellation request, your account is put on hold for 7 days with limited access. During this limited access, no new projects can be requested. Limited access will allow you to download any data you wish to keep with you from your account. After 7 Days the data is deleted permanently along with any history of projects and communication. If you choose to continue the subscription, you are most welcome to pay for the renewal within the 7 day holding period. After 7 days, if the account is not renewed, we cannot guarantee allocation of the same designer or account manager if you choose to subscribe in the future.




Can I downgrade my Subscription?


Yes, you can downgrade at anytime. If you choose to downgrade in the middle of the subscription, the downgrade will come in effect from the next billing cycle.




What if I want to cancel my account for 1 or 2 months only?


We understand that you may not have projects every month in the same capacity. We offer account holding, if you do not wish to cancel. Should you wish to put your account on hold, we offer a monthly holding rate of $49 per month. This allows you to keep your data and all previous project history with us. When you are ready to start your subscription, you can begin from where you left off by paying the Monthly Subscription Fee.




Subscription Account Suspension or Cancellation


In the event of Non Payment or Subscription Cancellation request, your account is put on hold for 7 days with limited access. During this limited access, no new projects can be requested. Limited access will allow you to download any data you wish to keep with you from your account. After 7 Days the data is deleted permanently along with any history of projects and communication. If you choose to continue the subscription, you are most welcome to pay for the renewal within the 7 day holding period. After 7 days, if the account is not renewed, we cannot guarantee allocation of the same designer or account manager if you choose to subscribe in the future.

How can I request a design?


You can log in to your Dashboard we created for you and add a new task to brief us on what you need to be done. We have also provided a template of information required for the designer to ensure ease for raising a request.




How do I check the status of my request?


We set due dates on all of our designs so you can see when your first draft will be uploaded for review. You are free to chat with your account manager to get a real time update on the status.
