Design Queue

Our teams work with a concept on a Queue System.
 
There’s no limit to how many requests you can make. For some – this could be 5 things. For other – it could be complicated requests – this could be one thing. For the most complicated requests, it could even take a few working days to get something back to you.
 
Now when we factor in revisions and edits, the timeline of submissions can change and a guaranteed output based on the timeline may not be possible.
 
We do have some general guidelines for what you may expect.

The process of our design submission will start from the social media graphics or the one you want us to start from the task list. When the draft is ready and submitted for review, the designer will begin the next design while a review or approval comes back from you. The time to receive a design or edit back will vary depending on the complexity of your request. As designing is a creative process, it requires individual understanding and pace. With time it will become faster once the designer gets accustomed to your brand and theme.
